第一部分：服務條款

本平台是一個專為澳門地區提供的家教資訊撮合平台，旨在連接有教學需求的家長/學生與提供教學服務的導師。本平台僅提供資訊展示與預約撮合服務，不直接提供教學服務，亦不擔任任何一方的代理人。

2. 帳號註冊與使用

2.1 您必須年滿18歲或具有完全民事行為能力方可註冊使用本平台。未滿18歲者需由家長或監護人陪同註冊並同意本條款。
2.2 您同意提供真實、準確、完整的個人資料，包括但不限於姓名、電話號碼、電子郵件地址、教育背景（導師專用）。
2.3 您有義務維護帳號安全，對您帳號下發生的所有活動負全部責任。如發現未經授權的帳號使用，請立即通知本平台。
2.4 本平台有權對註冊用戶進行身份驗證，對於提供虛假資料的帳號，本平台有權暫停或永久凍結。

3. 用戶資訊展示規則

3.1 導師公開資訊：導師註冊時填寫的姓名、頭像、教育背景、教學科目、授課區域、收費標準、可授課時間及教學經驗將公開展示在本平台上，供所有訪客瀏覽。
3.2 家長/學生資訊：家長/學生的姓名、電話號碼及電子郵件地址不會公開展示。僅在雙方確認預約後，對方將獲得您的聯絡資訊以便溝通教學細節。
3.3 您有權隨時修改或更新您的個人資料，但修改後的資料仍需保證真實準確。

5.4 本平台目前提供完全免費的服務，未來若調整收費模式，將提前30天在網站上公示並徵求用戶意見。

6. 免責聲明

6.1 本平台僅作為資訊撮合媒介，不對導師的教學質量、教學效果及雙方之間的任何糾紛承擔責任。
6.2 本平台不對用戶發布的任何資訊的真實性、準確性或完整性承擔任何明示或暗示的保證責任。
6.3 因使用本平台服務而產生的任何直接、間接、附帶或懲罰性損害，本平台不承擔任何責任。

7. 知識產權

本平台的所有內容，包括但不限於文字、圖片、標誌、軟件及設計，其知識產權均歸本平台所有。未經本平台書面許可，任何用戶不得複製、傳播、修改或用於任何商業目的。

8. 條款修改

本平台有權隨時修改本服務條款。修改後的條款將在網站上發布，發布後即生效。您繼續使用本平台服務即表示您同意修改後的條款。

9. 管轄法律

本服務條款的解釋、效力及爭議解決均適用澳門特別行政區法律。如雙方就本條款發生爭議，應首先友好協商解決；協商不成的，任何一方均可向澳門特別行政區法院提起訴訟。

Welcome to A* Marketplace ("the Platform"). Before registering an account or using any service on the Platform, please read the following terms carefully. By clicking "Agree and Register", you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Part 1: Terms and Conditions

1. Service Description

The Platform is a tutoring information matching platform exclusively for Macau, designed to connect parents/students seeking tutoring services with tutors providing teaching services. The Platform only provides information display and booking matching services, does not directly provide teaching services, and does not act as an agent for either party.

2. Account Registration and Use

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old or have full civil capacity to register and use the Platform. Minors under 18 must register with the accompaniment and consent of a parent or guardian.
2.2 You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete personal information, including but not limited to name, phone number, email address, and educational background (for tutors only).
2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. If you discover any unauthorized use of your account, please notify the Platform immediately.
2.4 The Platform reserves the right to verify the identity of registered users and to suspend or permanently freeze accounts that provide false information.

3. User Information Display Rules

3.1 Tutor Public Information: The name, avatar, educational background, teaching subjects, teaching areas, hourly rates, available teaching times, and teaching experience provided by tutors during registration will be publicly displayed on the Platform for all visitors to browse.
3.2 Parent/Student Information: Parents'/students' names, phone numbers, and email addresses will not be publicly displayed. Only after both parties confirm a booking will the other party receive your contact information to communicate teaching details.
3.3 You have the right to modify or update your personal information at any time, but the modified information must remain true and accurate.

5.1 The Platform reserves the right to review information submitted by users and to request modifications or directly delete content that does not meet requirements.
5.2 The Platform will make every effort to maintain the normal operation of the website and shall not be liable for any service interruption caused by force majeure or technical reasons.
5.3 The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the services according to actual conditions and will provide advance notice on the website.
5.4 The Platform currently provides completely free services. If the fee model is adjusted in the future, it will be announced on the website 30 days in advance and user opinions will be solicited.

6. Disclaimer

6.1 The Platform only acts as an information matching intermediary and is not responsible for the teaching quality, teaching effectiveness, or any disputes between the parties.
6.2 The Platform does not make any express or implied warranties regarding the truthfulness, accuracy, or completeness of any information posted by users.
6.3 The Platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform's services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, software, and designs, is the intellectual property of the Platform. Without the written permission of the Platform, no user may copy, distribute, modify, or use it for any commercial purpose.

8. Modification of Terms

The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The modified terms will be posted on the website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform's services constitutes your agreement to the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

The interpretation, validity, and dispute resolution of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Macau Special Administrative Region. If any dispute arises between the parties regarding these terms, it shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the courts of the Macau Special Administrative Region.
